What Claude can take off your plate at tax time — and the two ways to connect it to QuickBooks.
The big idea
Bookkeeping and BAS time are mostly grind: categorising transactions, reconciling accounts, chasing figures. Claude can take a big chunk of that off your hands — if you connect it to QuickBooks the right way. There are two ways in: the fast MCP connector (great for reports and data) and Claude in Chrome (which can drive the whole QuickBooks website). They're good at different things, and this course shows when to use each.
Key insight: One golden rule runs through the whole session: Claude prepares and checks; a human reviews and clicks the final button for anything that lodges, pays or submits.
