Key insight: When collaborating with AI-generated code, the process is the product. Your teammates cannot read your mind or see your conversation with the AI. A well-documented process — showing the prompts you used, the decisions you made, and the iterations you went through — is far more valuable than a clean final output with no explanation of how it was produced.
