Consolidating Your Accounts with QuickBooks

From a messy bank feed to one clean, trustworthy set of books.

The big idea

‘Consolidating’ means getting to a single, reconciled picture you can trust. We do it in three moves: the connector pulls balances and aged receivables/payables and flags gaps (fast, live); Claude in Chrome categorises the ‘For review’ feed and reconciles each account; then the connector re-pulls a clean P&L to confirm. The middle step is slow, so in the session it's shown as a sped-up recording.

Key insight: Let each method play to its strength: the connector for fast reads and the final check, Chrome for the hands-on reconciliation in between.
