How the filtering works
The tool reads the position and font size of every piece of text in your PDF. Text that repeats in the same spot across pages is treated as a running header or footer; very small text near images or at the bottom of pages is treated as captions and footnotes; and short numeric text at the page edges is treated as page numbers. Everything is shown below so you can see exactly what was skipped — struck-through items won't be read, and one click flips any decision.
