Before your workshop

课前准备 · Please complete this checklist at least two days before the session. It takes about 20 minutes. No VPN is needed: everything works on a mainland network with a +86 phone number.

1 · Install on your phone

• Doubao 豆包Everyday assistant, used in every module
• DeepSeekReasoning and writing
• KimiLong documents and research
• Qwen 千问Research, documents and images
• Jimeng 即梦Images and video (Modules 6–7)
• Kling 可灵AI video (Module 7)

2 · Prepare your laptop (Modules 4 and 5)

• A current browserEdge or Chrome, for Coze (扣子) and the online lessons
• Your work suiteFeishu (飞书), DingTalk (钉钉) or WeCom (企业微信) desktop app, signed in
• TraeAI coding editor for Module 5. Installing it may need admin rights, so ask IT in advance
• WPS Office or Microsoft OfficeFor the presentation and document exercises

3 · Check before the day

• Sign in to each phone app with your +86 number and send one test message
• Open coze.cn on your laptop and sign in
• Check you can install software on your work laptop, or ask IT to install Trae for you
• Charge your phone and laptop, and bring chargers
• Bring one or two real work tasks, with names, figures and client details removed
• Check your company's rules on using AI tools with work information
