2.2 Module 2 · Getting Great Output

Make Claude Yours

"Useful, but it sounds like AI" — and "I have to re-explain everything every time." Both are solved problems. Projects give Claude your knowledge, Memory gives it continuity, and Styles give it your voice.

How they stack

Project

= your knowledge

Memory

= your continuity

Style

= your voice

Together they make Claude feel bespoke to you. A Project that already knows your client, remembering how you work, writing in your voice — that's the difference between a stranger you brief every time and a colleague who already knows the file.

Your "Make Claude Yours" exercise

Do two things: (1) Paste two or three things you've actually written and ask Claude to create a custom Style from them. (2) Scope one Project — name it, list the two or three documents that go in it, write one line of instructions. Re-run your Module 1 task in your Style and feel the difference.

Key takeaway

Projects give it your knowledge, Memory gives it continuity, Styles give it your voice. Set these up once and every answer gets better — and stops sounding like AI.
