Let me know if you want to know more.
It has a learning curve, but you can do it, it just takes a sit down and a conversation to understand the fundamentals. Really, it takes 30 minutes to get the basics of Prompt Engineering and start to use it in your work.
As of June 2023, Midjourney is on Version 5.2, which is very close to creating photorealistic images, however I wouldn’t say it’s quite there. Skylines can look a little strange, and hands and arms can look quite bizarre. Version 6 is coming out in August and is likely to hit photorealism.
Working in filming for over 20 years, I’ve had to continuously keep up-to-date with the latest trends, including Crypto, Blockchain, IOT and AI. To write a script about any topic, I had to know about it in-depth. So I learnt how to code a Blockchain, what on earth IOT stands for, and probably know too much about Crypto.
Watching AI grow over the years I went back to basics to revise my calculus and matrices, to work on having a fundamental understanding of the underlying technologies behind it.
I have a BA in Japanese from Sheffield University, and 20 years working with global technology companies including SAP, Oracle and Informatica, and have been fully researching AI topics on a daily basis for years. Specifically in AI all I have is a huge amount of experience and happy clients.
When you first use ChatGPT you have a blank slate and no idea what to say to it. Learning how to talk to it properly so it produces expert-level results is the art of Prompt Engineering. I’m unsure why it’s called Engineering as it feels like an entirely different art.
Different models such as ChatGPT and Stable Diffusion and Midjourney all have different ways to talk to them.
With 30 minutes I can get you up to speed with ChatGPT, and get it to create useable content and hundreds of amazing Midjourney prompts. I focus on enabling your AI journey, and just that half hour could be all you need.
That depends on the staff, the job role and how susceptible it is to automation. A fruit-picker isn’t going to get any use from AI at the moment, whereas you could likely improve the efficiency of a teacher by 40-50%.
A video creator, for example, can make about 5-10 social media videos a day if they truly focus, however with AI you could easily make 500. It really depends on your job role and how you want to leverage this powerful technology.
There’s a phrase in AI circles that AI won’t replace you, but someone using AI will. Anecdotal evidence is that companies that proactively adopt AI don’t reduce workforce, but do significantly increase profit margins.
I spend an extensive time before your lesson learning about you, your company and how best to leverage AI for your specific needs, as well as hours each day researching the latest AI trends. So 30 minutes is a bit of a misnomer.
Yes I can, I’ve given talks to business groups, CEOs and whole departments before. Just let me know what you need, I’m happy to discuss.
